With a sublime northerly aspect, you get views of the entire beach, the blue Pacific, the northern headland and all that goes with it - including such annual events such as the City to Surf, The Fringe Festival and the spectacular Festival of the Winds.

Completely renovated throughout, this pristine one bedroom apartment offers direct level entry to a security block. The open - plan kitchen and dining area is well designed and offers all you need to entertain a small and cosy group.

The lounge room hugs the window allowing panoramic views over the top of Bondi Icebergs. There is a TV with Foxtel on hand but you won't want to turn it on with views like these. A generous master bedroom with a marble ensuite and built-in robes completes this wonderful apartment.

You are seconds away from the very popular Campbell Parade shopping precinct offering Sydney's finest cafes, restaurants, bars and specialty shops all at your fingertips. Regular buses take you to Bondi Junction where you can meet the train to take you anywhere you want to go.

This location has a view to die for of Bondi Beach from the living room window. Accommodation was exactly as listed and the management agency was very responsive and was able to grant my early check in request. The space was extremely clean and had a large refrigerator + freezer and all of the kitchen essentials (cups, plates, nespresso, etc). The bed linens were extremely comfortable, there is a washer/dryer combo for longer stays, and plenty of hot water for the shower. Step out the building and you are on the boardwalk of Bondi Beach with many restaurants within minutes of walking (as well as many Uber Eats options available for delivery at all hours). This place is a must, especially if you have a rental car as there is a dedicated garage and parking spot. Just outside the building is the coastal walk which is a must down to Coogee Beach and other beaches as far as you are daring to walk! Great place to stay and would love to come back again in the summer time!

The apartment is as described and it is beautiful. Very nice interiors, incredible view. The location is incredible. A bus stop right outside and walking distance to bars, markets and waves. It's hard to leave the apartment because you can sit and watch the surfers for hours. Everything about the interior is perfect. I was impressed. The bathroom and shower is amazing.

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 3:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $1000 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less $350 or 10% administration fee whichever is the higher.

Parties

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
