Situated in a prime location this three-bedroom two bathroom home with private courtyard offers authentic period elegance that would not be out of place in the City's finest boutique hotels.

Once inside two elegant interconnected receptions rooms await, take a seat and you are immediately transported back to a by gone era. The vibe is serene and stylish you will want to relax and enjoy the many period pieces that have been meticulously assembled by the owners.

The functional light filled kitchen is located at the rear of the ground floor and has direct access to a very peaceful and private courtyard garden. An additional family bathroom and laundry room are also located on this level.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms that offer flexible sleeping options with the front bedroom having the benefit of French doors leading out onto it's own balcony, the perfect spot to watch the world go by or relax with a good book. A large antique sleigh bed is the centre piece of this room that can be used as a great place to relax during the day. Bedroom two is located at the rear of the property and boasts an impressive brass bed as well as antique furnishings to match. Bedroom three also has a beautiful antique walnut sleigh bed and has plenty of storage which is set up as a dedicated dressing room.

To compliment the bedrooms and the period theme an impressive modern family bathroom complete with an original antique roll top bath and his and hers sinks together with quality modern vintage fixtures and fittings make this the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Combining the best of traditional and modern features, this terrace has a sunny aspect to the rear and is located in an enviable position on the Paddington/Darlinghurst border only minutes to a number of outstanding restaurants, parks and retail boutiques.

With so much at your doorstep there will be no reason to leave the local neighbourhood. Should you want to explore Sydney, public transport is easily accessible as is the CBD and the spectacular harbour shoreline.


Great house in a beautiful part of town-Loved the decor. About a 10 minute walk to bars, cafes and shopping. Also a 10-15 minute Uber to Sydney proper. No air conditioning, though which could be an issue depending on the time of year you are planning on staying here.

Lovely home in Paddington with plenty of options to dine nearby within ten minutes walking. Lots of beautiful antiques and artistic touches throughout. A very reasonable kitchen. We would stay again.

Lovely home in an excellent location. Walking distance to most amenities. Street parking is very convenient. Great coffee up the hill via two lane ways accessed from the rear courtyard. Quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.


Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.


We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.


We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.


If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
