The three bedroom penthouse is located on the top floor of a newly developed apartment building, and the whole floor will be yours to enjoy. The stretching entrance hall doubles as a study nook and storage space before you move into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, fitted out with designer furnishings, top of the range electronics and a grand piano, should the urge to tickle the ivories hit you. The living area is built upon a raised podium for a touch of cosiness, and opens up onto a Bali-inspired balcony terrace that wraps around the expanse of the main room.

The kitchen and dining area is, quite simply, huge, and the convertible bench can be compacted or expanded to suit your needs, whether you want a communal breakfast bar or a separate dining table. The kitchen also opens up onto the wrap around terrace and barbecue area, perfect for warm summer evenings with a glass of wine and the smell of eucalyptus filling the air.

Leading off the main area is the bedroom wing, so discreet you would not even notice that it was there. The apartment is a great size with ample room for 6 adults. Everything in it is of the highest standard from kitchen and appliances to the bathrooms, entertainment systems to towels and bedding. We absolutely loved it. It’s location is ideal for exploring Sydney. Zetland is a quiet residential suburb but in walking distance of the vibrant bars and restaurants of Surry Hills. Green Square station is less than ten minutes walk or you can catch a bus from the end of the street. There’s a shopping mall with Coles supermarket about 100 metres away.

This penthouse is an amazing place to be in. A note from the owner is to treat it like your own home, and we did feel at home. Appliances are high end, kitchen is awesome. Groceries and restaurants are only a three minute walk away. Will stay here again for sure!

HOUSE RULES

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
