Located in one of Bondi Junction's quiet and coveted streets, this home is safe and private, but still moments away from shopping destinations, tourist attractions and public transport options.

The exterior facade of the property boasts an exposed-sandstone wall and gate that opens into a private and shaded front terrace, completely out of view of the street and perfect for basking in the morning air with a coffee.

There is a spacious sitting room at the front of the home, with glass doors out onto the terrace that bathe the room in sunlight. Continuing down the ornate hardwood-floored hallway leads you into the expansive open plan living and kitchen space, which opens seamlessly through bi-fold doors into the back terrace, complete with BBQ and electronic awning. You can certainly entertain and socialise, or escape and unwind on any corner of this stylish and comfortable ground floor.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed and a rustic yet modern family bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower that boasts an exposed wood vanity and travertine tiling.

Up the exposed timber staircase you will find two idyllic and tranquil bedroom retreats bathed in sunlight. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned have their own private balconies one even has its own flat screen T.V. making it the perfect spot to get away from it all. Between them is a sunny study/office nook.

Bondi Junction is the ultimate residential location, and this home is perfectly located in its heart. Westfield shopping village and boutique outdoor mall are just a few streets away for all your retail needs, from luxury to fast fashion to makeup giant Sephora. Queens Park is equally as close in the other direction, as well as the iconic Centennial Park. Bondi Junction is also home to a train and bus interchange that runs to the airport and CBD and in between, and connects to a majority of Sydney's other bus and train lines.

The home's central location also means that an array of dining options are right at your doorstep, from Bondi Beach to Paddington and Woollahra, or on the wharf at Woolloomooloo.

Two of Sydney's largest sporting grounds, the Sydney Cricket Ground and Football Stadium are located just up the road, and Bondi Beach and its equally as stunning neighbours, including Bronte and Clovelly are within a ten minute drive. From this location everything is within easy reach.

Everything with our stay was great, it was easy to get Uber’s from out front and get everywhere we where going. The mall was walking distance if you needed anything on short notice and there was plenty of space for our whole family.

This was a beautiful home and just less than 10 mins away from Bondi Junction station, which was very convenient. We absolutely enjoyed the BBQ terrace and enjoyed our very own and first-time Australian style BBQ there. It was amazing! There were 6 of us staying and it was perfect size. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house - which is clean, light and bright, and well decked out with lovely furniture. The beds were comfy and the outdoor terrace was a wonderful spot to chill out and enjoy some sunshine. The kitchen was fully equipped making it really practical for a family stay. Aside from a few minor teething issues on arrival (which were promptly dealt to by Hotelesque), we had a wonderful stay at the house. Location-wise - nice, central and convenient to many things like cafes, parks and of course, Westfield.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
