Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located 1km from the beach. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Host and property manager were very responsive. Parking included! I would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Suitable for long stays and families. Conveniently located in a tranquil area 10 min walk away from Coogee Beach with great links to downtown Sydney. Even though the neighborhood has some steep hills to tackle I’d stay here again in a heart beat. Speedy communication from beginning to end. The Hotelesque team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - they even helped us find childcare.

We loved our stay in Randwick at the Hotelesque managed 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car 'Modern and Spacious Apartment near Coogee Beach'. Walking in the door we felt instantly relaxed in the light filled apartment. It felt comfortable and inviting. The generous living space opens up to a wonderful entertainers balcony that provides views over the district. We enjoyed many a coffee and wine looking out over the roof tops and trees. It was bliss. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. Internet so I could work from the apartment, a large kitchen with a great gas cooktop and a sound system throughout the apartment. Perfect for entertaining. The queen bed was very comfortable and although we only used the one bedroom and bathroom, having a separate bathroom for each bedroom is ideal. The internal laundry was very handy too. We could walk everywhere; to the beautiful Coogee Beach, The Spot for a movie and meal, Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and the many cafes, bars and restaurants of Coogee. Public transport to Sydney CBD was easy with multiple bus routes within a short walk and with the Light Rail stop not far away the apartment is in a fantastic location. Close to UNSW and major hospitals as well. We would very happily return, and highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
