Co-Founder and CEO
Hotelesque is grounded in Steve’s two decades of experience at leading property firms in senior finance and management roles, where he drove the development of innovative online products which were a first for the industry.
Steve is pioneering the development of technology within the business that focuses on creating turn-key solutions for existing and future home owners and guests.
Co-Founder and Director
As a director at Hotelesque, Monique combines her skills in finance, property management and interior design to create a differentiated offering which delivers superior service to property owners and a unique premium experience to guests.
Monique champions her interior design expertise to drive bookings, where experience shows properties styled command higher occupancy levels than other properties.
Head of Sales
Maria has an extensive background in financial markets, responsible for risk management and HR functions.
As the owner of rental properties in this popular space as well as a frequent traveller she truly understands the needs and expectations of our guests.
Jon has over twenty years experience in managing, investing and developing residential properties internationally.
Jon is passionate about understanding clients specific needs and guiding them to great decisions in order to maximise their property’s opportunities.
Emma Spon Smith

As brand custodian, Emma brings 15 years of expertise launching premium lifestyle and FMCG brands to the Hotelesque team.
Working closely with founders Steve and Monique, Emma steers and shapes the new direction and vision of Hotelesque with a strong strategic focus, across all facets of marketing and brand development, with a genuine passion for the industry.
Prior to joining Hotelesque, Dale had several roles in Retail Management for some of Australia’s major household names.
Dale is all about attention to detail, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest of standards, and making listing new homes an easy and effortless experience.
Head of Guest Experience
Rebecca brings over 25 years’ experience in the airline and corporate travel industry to Hotelesque, and a passion for all things travel related with it.
As a world traveller she deeply understands the need for a luxurious place to call home, whether for a short trip, or an extended stay as a local.
Rebecca is first and foremost customer-focused and places all her efforts on the overall experience to ensure every Hotelesque stay is five star.
Guest Relations Manager
After spending nearly a decade in and around property management and customer satisfaction, Mea is now dedicated to ensuring all of our guests receive a stellar experience at Hotelesque.
As a regular traveller and lover of our beautiful Australian landscape, she has intricate knowledge about how to make every stay five-star.
Patricia has two years of property management background, with extensive knowledge about beautiful homes, how to maintain them and how to keep every guest happy.
With a business degree under her belt as well, she is equipped with all the skills to ensure guests are matched with the perfect home.
