Check-in and check-out.
Standard check in time is 2:00 pm and we can deliver keys upon request for a charge or you are free to collect the keys from our office as a complementary option. Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Lead guest.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

I.D. check and card authorisation.
We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Your Home away From Home properties.

Cleaning.
We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, if you would like an additional clean, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 5 days’ notice

Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 3 months from your stay or during your stay we will re-advertise the property and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee. Cancellation greater than 3 months you will receive 100 per cent refund less the booking fee and bank or credit card fees charged.
