When you enter this timeless beauty you will feel completely at home. The mood is warm and charming; and despite the close proximity to the CBD, it is calm and quiet inside. Wandering down the hall and you find the classic dining room with seating for 6 which flows seamlessly to the bright and airy galley kitchen. Hosting a dinner party for family and friends will be sure to delight. When you slide the bi-fold kitchen windows back you open the entire area up so that you are in the heart of all the entertainment.

A beautiful outdoor terrace adjoins the kitchen and dining room which provides a captivating oasis; ideal for enjoying a glass of your favourite champagne and the company of those that are special to you. A formal lounge completes this level and the ornate fireplaces add to the feeling of comfort and cosiness. Head upstairs and you will find two generous bedrooms each with their own style and sophistication.
The master bedroom offers a King size bed and is elegantly decorated; two pairs of French doors open out to a balcony with views over the leafy, tree-lined street and built-in robes completes this master suite. The second bedroom on this level is roomy and also offers a Queen bed and built-in robes. Located between the bedrooms is a grand and spacious bathroom. Luxuriate in the deep bath while you read your favourite novel. A roomy shower and another ornate fireplace adorn this bathroom as well. Head downstairs from the living level to find a third bedroom, beautifully decorated and a second, more casual sitting room which leads out to a fully equipped laundry and the internal garage for one small car. All this and the fun village landscape surrounds will leave you wanting to stay on forever.

If you choose to step outside this lovely home, you are just moments from the endless array of Paddington cafes, restaurants and shopping possibilities; or if you wish, it won't take long to venture to the famous Bondi Beach, Centennial Park and Sydney CBD. Whilst they say a photo captures a thousand words, they simply do not do justice to this home so you will just have to experience it for yourself.

Wonderful - everyone has there own space, and lots of great facilities. The place is amazing, and the location is fantastic. Sitting on the bench facing the kitchen, chatting while making dinner with a group - amazing.

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Would recommend it due to the location with transport and shops only steps away. There’s a cute pub which backs onto the property which was a nice place to relax and have a drink or meet with friends for dinner. Great spot for tourists.. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic location and lovely clean, modern and stylish property. Plenty of space for the 4 of us who stayed for a week. Walking distance from cafes, bars, restaurants and other amenities. Would definitely would  stay here again.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
