A step across the hall from the bedrooms will find you in the polished bathroom, which is clean, luxe and fitted out with a bathtub.

The apartment building also boasts its own parking space as well as world class facilities including a private jetty, waterside swimming pool and barbecue area, providing a magical back drop and perfect spot for that alfresco meal or for simply chilling at the end of another action packed Sydney day.

Located in McMahon's point, the apartment is just three kilometres from Sydney's CBD and is surrounded by some of the city's most stunning and secluded hangout spots, including Lavender Bay and Sawmillers Reserve. The ferry wharf is only a few minutes' walk away so you are always just a ferry ride away from the spectacular sights of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and the rest of North Sydney.

This apartment has fantastic uninterrupted views of the harbour bridge, opera house and Luna Park. The location is no more than 100m from the ferry and bus stops which is perfect if you just want to park the car on site and want to catch public transport. The apartment itself is true to description .. basic and functional has everything you need to have a home away from home whilst on holidays. Spacious main bedroom and living area, plenty of room for kids. We were able to fit a travel cot in the second bedroom with the two single beds. Laundry was right nearby and easy to access and use. No long waits to access the lifts. The pool was great for those hot days to cool down.

Amazing location - quiet, yet a stone’s throw to the city. Spectacular views. Great transport options (ferry, bus, walk plus train). Lovely sunlit unit with everything that you could need. We will be back!

This unit has a spectacular view over the harbour, including the bridge and the Opera House. The amenities are basic but functional (true to the photos supplied) and the beds are comfortable. It's quiet and has really easy access to the city via the ferry which is literally out the front door. Check in was easy and communication with the hosts fast and helpful. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at McMahons Point in your beautiful apartment with such an amazing view any time of the day and night! The kids loved watching the Luna Park lights at night through our window, with the changing colours and patterns. The huge king-sized bed was so amazingly comfortable, and with such amazing views even from the bedroom, it was so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The location was ideal, with a ferry stop right outside the apartment building (1-2 minute walk), and it was so tranquil and quiet. The kitchen was also really well equipped. Thank you for a perfect getaway for our family of 4.

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.


Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.


We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.


We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.


If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
