When you are an 11-minute train ride from the CBD, and just steps from the ocean, why would you ever want to leave?

A stretching hardwood hallway encompasses the entry to the home, leading off to the main bathroom and second bedroom. The bedroom, with wall-to-wall wardrobe space, hotel-grade linen and luxe soft furnishings, is just a step away from the main bathroom, and boasts an east-facing window, ensuring that the first thing you see when you wake is the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean.

Next door is the bathroom, a masterpiece from its tessellated marble flooring to its burnished brass shower and sink fixtures. A rain shower head adds just a touch of extra luxury and comfort.

Further down the hallway, the home opens out to the main living, kitchen and dining area, which carries through the luxe golden finishes and eclectic pops of pattern and colour featured throughout the home. This main space is bathed in sunlight from all sides, with glass louvres to regulate the sea breeze and an expansive covered balcony that looks out over Bondi and the ocean.

No matter the weather, the balcony is a breathtaking spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening champagne on the outdoor lounges as you drink in the water views.

Tucked behind the living area is the master bedroom, holding a queen-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. Bondi is home to some of eastern Sydney’s most iconic food and culture hotspots, from the cult favourite Gelato Messina to restaurants like Bill’s, China Diner and Upper East Side. Everything you need is at your fingertips, whether you are here to shop til you drop, eat your way through Sydney or simply live like a local off fresh Aussie produce from Harris Farm. The rest of the city is easily accessible via a train from the Bondi Junction station, and one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal walks is your doorway to the surrounding, and equally as stunning, eastern beaches of Sydney.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team for the lovely few days that Evie and I had at Amari last week, especially the amazing hamper that was waiting for us. The apartment was pristine and Evie said it was the best sleep she’s ever had ! The view was lovely and we chilled out watching tv etc - it really is a lovely home away from home and has everything we needed. We will definitely stay again. Thanks again.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 2:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $500 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less 10 per cent and the booking fee.

Party Policy

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
