    Good location, 10-15mins to main landmarks around Sydney. Excellent restaurant choices within walking distance. The place is clean and tidy as described.

    We were expecting good things from this apartment and it did not disappoint! It truly has the wow factor. Super modern interior, spotlessly clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. It could not have been better! beautiful views over the city…. We come often to Sydney and we will not stay anywhere else now! And a mention for the Hotelesque team…so professional ,helpful and friendly… thank you for everything!

    Thanks for a great stay! Fabulous high end comfortable apartment in Waterloo. Excellent veranda overlooking the cricket oval, lovely for bbq and evening drinks. Excellent transport links & and local community for eating or & shopping. Awesome

    Location was great right across from Waterloo oval. Nicely updated unit and building. Appliances were top notch. Close walk to green square train station. Loved our stay here!

    It’s a pretty peaceful location, yet close enough to the bus stops which brought us to the main attractions! We really appreciated that. The airbnb itself spacious and good for a group of 5 of us! Could accommodate 6 pax easily. The accom itself was a pretty nice place to chill out at too.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sydney. Waterloo was a lovely suburb. Commuting around was hassle free, the train station within an easy walk. Loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance Response from Hotelesque

    Beautiful apartment with a spacious balcony that feels like you’re in the treetops. Comfortable beds and lounge suite and big well equipped kitchen. Efficient and quiet air conditioning. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

    The apartment has great views , fully equipped kitchen and is in a very convenient location. Management team was also very responsive. Definitely one of the best places to stay in this area.

    Waterloo-Sunny Urban Sanctuary was a great space for our family of 4. Balcony overlooked a nice green space/park. It was fun to sit out there and watch people playing with dogs in the evenings. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking in; we just needed to get food and seasonings. Great cafe for your morning coffee around the corner. Tons of restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and would consider booking again if we ever make it back to Sydney!

Check-in and check-out.

Standard check in time is 3:00 pm. Keys will be available to collect on site or from our office depending on the property selected. For those properties where keys are to be collected at the office we offer a meet and greet option during business hours at a cost of $50 + GST.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

I.D. check and card authorisation.

We request the lead guest to forward their I.D. and we will secure a minimum $1000 security deposit which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

Smoking.

Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Hotelesque properties.

Cleaning.

We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart. If you would like any additional cleaning, housekeeping visits can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and a charge.

Payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express., Bank transfers are accepted for stays with a start greater than 72 hours from booking date.

Cancellation.

If you cancel up to 3 months before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less the booking fee. If you cancel your booking within 3 months of your arrival or during your stay no immediate refunds apply. We will re-advertise the property for the cancelled dates and refund you the equivalent nights booked less $350 or 10% administration fee whichever is the higher.

Parties

There are no parties of any type to take place at the property. If any parties are held there will be an immediate penalty of $1,000 per day and the remainder of your stay will be terminated immediately with no refund.
